Medicaid Service Coordination

The Kelberman Center's Medicaid Service Coordinators (MSC) work with an interdisciplinary team of autism specialists to facilitate best outcomes for persons diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. We support individuals and families of all ages to identify unmet needs, desires and future goals to assist in creating a plan of action that maximizes individual choice. Everything we do at the Kelberman Center is designed to support lifelong learning and foster greater independence while respecting nuanced individual choices. Our service coordinators connect individuals to support services specifically designed to enhance both short-term and long-term goals and aspirations. Our MSCs' expertise draws upon Central New York's only comprehensive autism center for excellence.

Kelberman Center MSCs facilitate and connect individuals to social learning programs, school aged and after school programs, independent and community living options, post secondary education, competitive and supportive employment, access to adaptive equipment and positive behavior interventions in the home, school, and community.

We are now receiving change of vendor from the DDSO to the Kelberman Center in Oneida, Herkimer, Madison, and Onondaga Counties. We encourage families, individuals and MSCs to contact the Kelberman Center directly.
